Privacy policy

What we collect

The only personal data this site collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, email address, optionally your company, and your message. The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not track you.

The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA (v3) to screen out spam. It never loads on its own: Google's script only runs, and only sets Google's cookies, once you check the consent checkbox shown next to the form and press Send. By checking that box you consent to Google receiving technical data such as your IP address in order to score the request, under Google's Privacy Policy. Nothing about that choice is stored — you're asked again each time you use the form.

Why we collect it

We use your submission solely to respond to your inquiry and to follow up on it — for example, to discuss a consulting project or to notify you about CommTuner availability if you asked us to. Form submissions are delivered to us by email via a transactional email provider acting as a processor on our behalf. We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where your message concerns a potential contract with us, in order to take steps at your request before entering into that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your data with third parties, we don't add you to marketing lists, and we don't keep your data longer than the correspondence requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email info@mtechforge.eu and we'll take care of it.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Slovakia, this is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.
