Consulting

Every layer of your embedded product. One accountable team.

Architecture, electronics, firmware, control systems, and user interface — designed together, built together. Owned by the same engineers from first sketch to handover.

What we do

Architecture Design

Every system starts with architecture — hardware and software designed together, so every piece fits together from day one. Where it's warranted, we validate the design through modeling and simulation before a single component is built.

Electronics Design

From schematics to PCB layout, we design the boards your embedded product or IoT device runs on, along with the communication interfaces that connect your sensors and other devices. Then we bring the hardware to life, debugging and validating it before it ever reaches firmware.

Firmware Development

Real-time modern C/C++ firmware for resource-constrained embedded targets, meeting its timing budgets and respecting its memory limits — from pure C HAL-based design to full RTOS applications. We also build custom bootloaders, so shipping a firmware update is straightforward.

Control System Development

Demanding environments call for real-time distributed control, from ROS2-based robotics to plant-level coordination, running on custom Yocto builds or high-performance Linux servers. The work is grounded in control theory, not just tuned by feel — stability and performance are designed in, then verified.

UI Software Development

Whether it's a desktop app or an embedded display, we build Qt/QML interfaces with clean C++ integration to the systems underneath. Bring your own UX design, or let us design it. Either way, the interface reflects what the device is actually doing.

Industries our team is experienced in

A snapshot of where that experience comes from.

Why MTechForge

True full-stack embedded engineering. One team, zero handoffs.

One team, whole stack. Architecture, electronics, firmware, control, and UI — designed together. Nothing falls through the cracks the way it does with multiple vendors.

Full team or reinforcements. We run the whole build end-to-end, or embed directly into your existing team when you're short-handed.

Broad, real-world range. Distributed systems, robotics, and consumer hardware — experience across the full complexity spectrum, not one narrow specialty.

AI as a tool, not a crutch. We use AI to eliminate busywork and speed up development, while ensuring every decision and every line of code is reviewed by experienced engineers.

Rigor at scale

Our methods are shaped by building real-time control software for large distributed systems — architectures where many nodes must stay synchronized and reliable under continuous operation.

Engineering-driven approach

We follow a structured engineering process based on analysis, validated architecture, and proven design principles. The result is reliable, maintainable software built for long-term success.

Safety by design

We deliver safe, reliable control software by design, not by chance, including safety-critical systems like robots operating around people and equipment.

Fast domain onboarding

A track record spanning robotics, medical devices, secure hardware, and research instrumentation shows we ramp into new regulated or safety-critical domains quickly.

How we work

  1. 01

    Discovery

We dig into your product goals, constraints, and existing work — and give you an honest read on scope and risk.

  2. 02

    Architecture & Design

System architecture, formal models, and simulation before implementation, so the plan is validated before it gets expensive.

  3. 03

    Implementation

Electronics, firmware, control software, and UI — built by one team, integrated continuously, demonstrated as it grows.

  4. 04

    Support & Handover

Documentation, knowledge transfer, and support that leaves your team genuinely owning the result.
